If your property is located in cross-over counties you may want to consider purchasing an additional MLS listing area. Examples include Warren County in which the property would be best marketed in both the Cincinnati and Dayton MLS. in which the property would be best marketed in both the Central Ohio and MLS NOW systems. If you would like to have your property listed in multiple MLS’s you will need to add each MLS to the cart individually.
