Ohio Broker Direct does NOT participate/profit in affiliated business arrangements with title companies and lenders. Other Realtors have asked why we would leave money on the table and not participate in an ABA. Why – because it is wrong. Our fiduciary duty to our client is to represent the client’s best interest–not to send them to a title company or lender that is charging higher fees to accommodate their pay-outs to further line the Realtors pocket..
