HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM
Providing our Sellers additional protection throughout the listing period
& our Buyers protection for an additional 13 months from the date of closing.
Ohio Broker Direct, LLC provides information for Sellers to Purchase a Home Warranty Agreement offered by HWA Home Warranty of America that remains effective throughout the listing period. This offers the Seller additional protection during the time of the listing yet still provides the Buyer with a full 13 month warranty effective at the date of closing. Payment for the warranty will be deducted from the Sellers proceeds at closing. There is a deductible the seller will incur if utilized during the listing period and a deductible the Buyer will incur for each usage from the date of closing forward. Home warranties have proven invaluable to both Sellers and Buyers as a tool to protect against unforeseeable events such as the breakdown of a major appliance, furnace/air conditioning unit, or unexpected plumbing issues.
